DO YOU DO SAME DAY SERVICE?
Yes, if requested. The average turnaround for cleaning is 2 days, and repairs and alterations can take up to 4 days.
DO YOU USE ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY CHEMICALS?
We only use eco-friendly products that are safe for our staff to work with day-to-day, and are safe to dispose of.
ARE YOUR CLEANING PROCESSES SAFE FOR CLOTHING WITH SEQUINS AND BEADS?
Our products, tools and machines are safe for use on sequins and beads. If there were any risks involved with cleaning such an item, we would communicate those risks to the customer in advance.
IS ANY OF YOUR CLEANING OUTSOURCED?
We only outsource suede since it requires a specialized cleaning approach.
WHAT ARE THE MOST DIFFICULT STAINS TO CLEAN?
Stains which customers have attempted to clean at home can be difficult to handle. Stains involving chewing gum or stains that have existed for several months can also be challenging. However, we can deal with any type of stain.
